Awarded Design Excellence and winning applicant of the Design Competition for a new 20-storey residential tower (156 units) and commercial ground floor in Parramatta CBD.
It is designed in response to the disparate context of both the highly-urbanized CBD and the low-scale heritage cottages which exist on the site.
The new 20-storey building consists of 3 major building elements comprising of a 14-storey residential tower, elevated 4-storey podium, and a 2-storey under-croft zone.
Hunter + O'Connell Street, Parramatta
Awarded Design Excellence and winning applicant of the Design Competition for a new 20-storey residential tower (108 units) and retail/commercial ground floor in Parramatta CBD.
Set in a sensitive context comprising of adjoining heritage cottages, historic views to both Old Government House and St. John's Church, as well as high-level traffic noise of both O'Connell St and the adjoining railway line.
The 5-storey podium has been designed as a back-drop to the heritage cottages with appropriate modulation and articulation using a limited pallet of materials and colours to enable the cottages to project forward.

A 12,500sqm purpose built office and warehouse complex, architecturally designed and engineered to meet the specific needs of international manufacturer Knorr Bremse. Knorr Bremse is the world’s leading manufacturer of braking systems for rail and commercial vehicles. The complex uses state of the art green design methods and only the highest quality material and finishes.

Runner-up for the Design Competition for two 30-storey residential towers (403 units), 5-storey public carpark, and retail/commercial ground floor in Parramatta CBD.
East Street, Granville
The proposed development capitalises on the unique location on the northern fringe of Granville town centre and nearby central business district of Parramatta. The project provides an opportunity to locate residential accommodation and commercial activity in a unique location with proximity to a major transport node.
The design consists of 3 residential buildings (495 units) with commercial ground floor units. Each of these buildings achieve design excellence and will establish a precedent in the
immediate area and set a high architectural
standard for other developments to consider.
